Residential Tap Fee                       $250.00

Small Commercial Tap Fee           $250.00

Large Commercial Tap Fee           $500.00

(Over 1500 Cubic feet)                               

Tap fee includes first 150' from the property line to the meter location.

All additional footage billed upon completion at the following rates:

Up to 1"     =    $2.00 per foot

2" Service   =   $4.00 per foot
