Service Line Fees

Residential Tap Fee                                                           Free up to 150 feet

Small Commercial Tap Fee                                               $250.00

Large Commercial Tap Fee                                               $500.00 (2" service line)

(Total connected load over 1,500 cubic feet /hour)      $700.00 (4" service line)

                             

Tap fee includes first 150' from the property line to the meter location.

All additional footage billed upon completion at the following rates:

Up to 1"     =    $2.00 per foot

2" Service   =   $4.00 per foot

Information needed at time of sign up include:

  Photo Identification

     

  Payment is requested at time of application.
